Paw Family: How To Order

Placing an order is simple!

1 . Create an account with us.

• By creating an account, you can earn paw points with each purchase.
• You can create an account here.
• Remember to fill in your address under "address book" from the menu bar on your left

2 . Search for a product

• If you have something in mind, you can use our search function at the top-right hand corner of our website or,
• Browse our product catalogue on the left-hand panel under different categories of pets.
  
  

3. Placing an order

• Once you are in the product page, you can modify the quantity in the “Qty” field.  
• Click on “Add to Cart” 

• A notification will be shown on top to confirm you have added item to cart. 
• Continue to search and add more items if needed

4. Submit an order

• Click on “My Cart” to view your order. (Important Note : You must go to "My Cart" page before proceeding to Checkout. Doing so will avoid error in submitting your order )

• At the “My Cart” page, you can make further amendments to the quantity or delete the product. Remember to click on “Update Shopping Cart” to save the changes. 
• If you wish to checkout, click on  “Proceed to checkout” 
• At the checkout page, complete the Billing Information and click on “Submit Order”.

• You will be re-directed to a secure online payment page if you have chosen to pay by paypal. Orders can only be processed after you have submitted your credit card transaction.
