How to donate ?

1. Select products that you would like to donate and add to cart

2. Proceed to ‘My Cart’ page to check your items

3. Proceed to check out page, fill in your particulars and select an organisation under ‘Delivery to my favorite pet organisation (donation)’

4. Choose Internet banking transfer as mode of payment (please note that payment has to be made before we are able to process your order)

5. We will then deliver the donated items to the organisation selected by you

6. An email will be sent to you once we have sent the items with the organisation’s acknowledgement
